@okay081 i don't think they will require higher or lower dosages but i think it will last longer the more you do it.

@GymMuch yes, it is possible to get a more defined jawline using Botox. Regarding "making the eyes appear more awake" this is called a blepharoplasty. You can read more about this procedure and see before after photos and prices on my official website

@sfcosmeticsurgery can the patient become resistance to the amount of botox in the future? hence over time will they need higher dosages?

Is it possible to get a more defined jawline using botox?? And also, is it possible to make the eyes more appear more open and awake?
  • sfcosmeticsurgery ( Aug 03 2010 at 10:20 )
@kokomugi Botox for jaw line reduction ranges anywhere between $600-$1200 (depending on the patient).
  • kokomugi ( Jul 30 2010 at 10:16 )
How much is the procedure on average? I know its dependent on the amount of botox used, but is there a price range?
  • qt247ha ( Jul 24 2010 at 03:27 )

Who wants a horse face? Theyre crazy! They will look like a dime and a dozen! Keep your beautiful features! Americans are going downhill on the looks. Just research native americans and their strong jawlines! Do u consider that ugly? They were healthy and strong and didnt get exposed to chemicals like all of us did to produce this ugly gene pool of skinny faces and big noses and pale skins and weak constitutions! They lived the way god intended and have god's blueprint for beauty and development
  • flamerabbit1987 ( Jul 15 2010 at 06:00 )
Don't do this! Having a round or a square face is the ideal for beauty and health! Narrow/slim faces are weak and ugly from a health point of view!! Please keep your beautiful full faces!

  • bakdjkafgs ( Jun 10 2010 at 10:47 )
my jawline isnt big but i was clinching my teeth for 2 years, recently stopped would botox be alowed to use on me?
  • wondergirlsy ( May 25 2010 at 03:24 )
@sfcosmeticsurgery never said it was surgical treatment but still wasting money.
  • sfcosmeticsurgery ( May 25 2010 at 01:34 )
@wondergirlsy Botox is a non-surgical treatment. There is no down time, minimal to no complications, no side effects. The alternative is jaw line reduction surgery, a much higher risk procedure that could lead to permanent damage (causing nerve damage in the face, leaving you looking like you have had a stroke). In addition, surgery for jaw line reduction is not that common in the US and most people seeking the surgery must travel to Asia (mainly Korea).

@kingtutsmuse Botox injections would be great for someone that "has an overgrown jaw muscle that looks wide and square." I hope that helps!
  • wondergirlsy ( May 18 2010 at 03:07 )
@wondergirlsy it's not even permanent!! why waste all the money..well thanks for the cost info
  • sfcosmeticsurgery ( May 18 2010 at 11:19 )
@wondergirlsy, the cost for using BOTOX® for facial slimming can range from $800-$1200.
